REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY

1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund.
- Full Refund: Issued for items returned in unused, original condition within 3 days of the purchase.
- Partial Refunds: May be issued for items that are not in original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts, at our discretion.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving your returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will issue store credit or an alternative refund method as discussed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time frame, please:

3. Exchanges
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@bbespublishers.com within 3 days of receiving the item, and we will provide further instructions.
Product Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Refunds for the original item will be processed once we receive and inspect it.
4. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund unless it was due to our error.
Damaged or Lost Returns
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
